- To examine and explore how the act of food preparing and consuming influences space and place making
in architecture through the act of research and on site experiences

Task - 

- Develop a proposal of maximum 2 pages

- Able to produce a short research proposal

- Able to document food culture in relation to architecture and the built environment

- Learned to interpret observations in the form of analytical diagrams and other relevant media

Assignment 2 - 'Experience & Capture'

Objective - 

- To examine and explore how the act of food preparing and consuming influences space and place makingin architecture through the act of research and on site       experiences

Task -

- This assignment will be undertaken during the study tour. It involves a documentation process by which you are required to collect and collate as much data as         you could, relating to your chosen topic/theme. The documentation will be in the form of podcast.

Objective - 

- To examine and explore how the act of food preparing and consuming influences space and place makingin architecture through the act of research and on site       experiences

Task -

- translating research into a visual representation

 

 

 

Learning Outcome - 

 

- Able to interpret the experiences in the form of analytical diagrams

- Able to document food culture in relation to architecture and the built environment

- Learned about how places, culture , environment and other various factors that affects food businesses
